01Payment methods

We offer the following payment methods for your convenience:

Card payment (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express) through the secure Viva Wallet page.
Bank transfer (if chosen, your order ships once the payment is confirmed). Account: ALPHA BANK, IBAN GR61 0140 5400 5400 0200 2020 740
Cash on delivery with an extra charge of €4 (only for deliveries within Greece).

Orders are shipped with Speedex and the estimated delivery time is 3 to 7 working days.

Shipping costs €6 anywhere in Greece. Orders over €99 ship for free.

You may return or exchange products within 14 days of the delivery date.

Products must be returned in their original condition, undamaged and in their original packaging.

Return shipping is paid by the customer, unless the return is due to our mistake.

Refunds are made within 7 working days of receiving the returned product, after it has been inspected.

If the order has already shipped, the returns procedure applies.
